Teaching Our Young Men Not To Rape and Young Women To Stop Allowing Rape

How does one even write an article without being attacked from those within our all to often vulgar culture ? Of course I realize that there will be the maniacs who will right away comment on the title of this article without reading the entire article. Then will come the sociopath's with their Feminist-Jezebel filled, man hating propaganda and of course at the same time, I will also hear from the reckless women hating men that will throw their two-cents worth of nonsense at me as well. I know all this, but as a Bible believing Christian, I've been thinking and also praying a bit about how the so called "rape culture" narrative that keeps interjecting their comments all over the main stream media trying to contaminate us with their filthy lies, and to be honest, I'm just sick of it. I'm not writing this article to get into the game of bashing, bullying anyone, especially women or men who have truly been raped(yes despite what Feminists tell you, men and boys are raped by women as well). My heart and prayers go out to those real victims of that awful and disgusting crime of rape. Personally and ff it was left to me, all convicted rapists would not only be locked up in prison for a very long time, they would also all receive some sort of corporal punishment along with their prison sentence's as well.

Yes, rape does occur but so do false allegations of rape and abuse as well. Those who partake in false allegations rob society of important resources that are dedicated for real victims of rape and abuse and when someone either rapes or makes a false allegation of rape/abuse, we know that the root problem of that person who commits such a heinous act is a person who is not only long on evil but also long on willful immoral behavior as well. Let's be real, America has had a lack of virtue and character problem for at least several generations now. No one should be surprised with how many rapes and false allegations of rape that occur here. Because a mulch-generational lack of good moral character of the vast majority here, immoral and sick attitudes have become the norm, not the exception. Not only that but Americans by and large do what they want, and rarely held accountable to another person no less God(of the Bible). In turn, we purposely ignore what many of the Founding Father's designed this nation to be, that with those of good and moral character. In fact, we raise our children without God and what He calls “good” and what we now see in our nation are, many problems resulting from that attitude, including our so called “rape culture.” Indeed, evidence shows that as a whole, our nation, has been allowed to be turned up-side down and opposite of who and what we should be as a country because we have drifted from God's moral precepts.

So, when I see and or hear where young men and women rape or do something disgusting against women or men, I intrinsically know and obviously see, that Americans are not heeding what the Bible teaches on how to treat one-another. What can be said of especially of any man who rapes a woman ? I'm sorry, I myself may get arrested for saying publicly here what should occur to him. That said, I have a similar attitude towards women who invite themselves to get raped. What did I say ? Yep, I sure did, let me repeat that...“I have a similar attitude towards women who invite themselves to get raped.” Do I mean most women go looking to get raped ? No, most don't, but on college campuses and other places, where we see a large amount of rape allegations made against young men, often(not all, but most) times those rape allegations come from women who go to “frat”(and other party's)on and off campus. This is where these same women purposely set out to consume large amounts of alcohol and other mood altering chemicals. In other words, Do these women deserve to be raped ? Absolutely not ! Should young men take advantage of women who drink to excess, and even (those same women)take off their own clothes in front of these young men ? No!! However, ask yourself this question; what kind of young woman or any woman at that matter goes to a party where she's purposely already planned to become so intoxicated and or high that she passes out? Not only that, but what kind of woman who is fully aware that if she attends any event, she has even a slim chance of being raped, she attends that event anyway ? What kind of young men and women are we raising anyway ?

Americans have a huge moral crisis on their hands. Our young adults often only mimic what they see their parents and or other adults are do themselves. Here, we celebrate our “rights” but totally ignore our responsibilities for those God given rights. You may say, no women should ever be under the threat of ever being raped, and you know what, you are absolutely correct. The reality of our society however is this, we live in a morally bankrupt society. I remember as a child my parents would sometimes yell at me for doing nothing short of stupid things along with my friends and my parents would do their best to guide my thinking for ”next time” as they would often tell me, “If your friends jumped off a bridge, would you jump off with them?” Yes, I know, I'm sounding old, but think about that question my parents asked me when I was a child, and put it before your own young men and women today. Why are young men and women even going to these party's and events where they know there will be heavy drinking, people having open sex, mixing testosterone filled young men with young women wearing hardly any clothes ? Does this not invite trouble for those who partake in such activities ? If there's a chance of trouble, why even be near such an event ? Partaking in vices and immoral activities can and will eventually either give you a sexual transmitted disease, give a women an unplanned pregnancy, possibly even kill you, and or your name(when someone hears your name, who and what are you known as?).

Right now, some of you are probably some of you are well past the point of jumping down my throat and telling me, “Pastor Paul, I can't keep my child on a leash forever, they're going to have to be on their own at some point.” Once again, you are correct in making that statement. I say in return to you is this... How you train up a child is how they will probably react throughout their lives. In other words, as Proverbs declares in 22:6 “Train up a child in the way he should go: and when he is old, he will not depart from it.” If you teach your child to avoid bad and immoral acts such as raping women, or dressing like a prostitute, women and men avoiding places where they may be raped,(1Timothy 2:9), they may very well also avoid being victims of such horrible and illegal acts as raping someone, or themselves being raped. I cannot imagine any good parent being “OK”with their children going to a place where they may get hurt or victimized, but there are many parents these days who do exactly that. Parents actually encourage their children and young adults to “go out and party”, “have fun, just don't get caught”, “use a condom”, and “go sow your wild oats.” Parents who tell their young adult children to do such things are putting their children's lives in danger. Question to you...would you tell your young adult child or anyone for that matter, to “go hang out at a crack house” or to “go hang out with a pedophile” ? If not, why not ? The correct answer why to not encourage your adult child to hang out at crack houses or with pedophiles(or a bar, strip club or anywhere else that facilitates immoral behavior)is that you know darn well that something horrible may occur to your child, that's why not!. Raising your child to be promiscuous, dressing like a hooker, or enabling them to hang out with others who live a lifestyle that may bring them harm or to be killed, is nothing at all to allow in your child's life. It's never to late to teach young men and women how to avoid being filled with bad character traits and to instead, live a virtuous lifestyle. America at one point was well known around the world as being a Christian Nation. That era is long gone, but as I shared, it's not to late to teach our children despite what this wicked world teaches(at whatever age). We should show(yes, SHOW) our children and adult children how to live a healthy lifestyle so that they can be free of evil thoughts and actions that would bring them to either rape someone or allow themselves to attend a event or hang with someone where there is any chance of being raped(or any criminal activity). Yes, teach our young men and women how to live a life that not only pleases God, but the fruit they will bear from living that lifestyle will bring peace, love, joy and yes...safety Where are those Godly instructions?You can find it in Titus 2:1-8 “But as for you, speak the things which are proper for sound doctrine: 2 that the older men be sober, reverent, temperate, sound in faith, in love, in patience; 3 the older women likewise, that they be reverent in behavior, not slanderers, not given to much wine, teachers of good things— 4 that they admonish the young women to love their husbands, to love their children, 5 to be discreet, chaste, homemakers, good, obedient to their own husbands, that the word of God may not be blasphemed.6 Likewise, exhort the young men to be sober-minded, 7 in all things showing yourself to be a pattern of good works; in doctrine showing integrity, reverence, incorruptibility, 8 sound speech that cannot be condemned, that one who is an opponent may be ashamed, having nothing evil to say of you.”

This world is destroying itself with nothing short of foolish and dangerous behavior. Let's rescue our young people by teaching them how to avoid being trapped off by the wiles of the devil.
