“Who Is The god/God Of The
Libertarian ?
For those that pay attention and or
remember such things; during the Democratic Party National Convention
of 2012, all of America got a real glimpse of what Democrats believe
about God of the Bible. I said it in an article at that time, and
I'll say it again... “ the whole world got a chance to see what the
Democrats believe in and they proved themselves that they are nothing
less than God of the Bible haters. Yep, the whole bunch of them are
haters... there is not only no room in their political party for God,
there is no room in their hearts for God either
(http://blackroberegimentpastor.blogspot.com/2012/09/dont-stand-within-500-ft-of-any.html).
Knowing where the Democrats plainly stand is important and as the
2014 “mid-term election season” gets under way, The Republican
Party candidates also need to be looked at with the same lens as how
Democrats were also looked at in 2012. No one should be given a
“pass” so to speak when it comes to assuming that certain
political party's are “safe” when it comes to acknowledging God
as part of a national or local political platform.
Because there are different sub-groups,
that is...different factions of the Republican Party, and with the
rising popularity of Senator Rand Paul, I thought it best at this
time to take a look at the many Libertarian's who also call
themselves “Republicans” also and their relationship with
god/God. In writing this article, my work here will no doubt be
ostracized by some(many?). Libertarians, after all and being
involved in so many past debates with them, (if you want to call them
“debates, my character was attacked more than facts provided to me
via Libertarian's), I have learned that even among Libertarian's,
they often disagree with one-another when it comes to what their
belief system entails anyway. In fact, it was difficult for me to
pin-point any exact unified belief systems among Libertarians
especially when it came to a specific belief system in god/God. What
I did find however was that “Religion” seems to be a real hot
topic when researching views of Libertarians. I was not really
looking for “religious beliefs” however, or the acceptance of
“religion” among Libertarians. Religion has nothing to do with a
personal relationship with God of the Bible through His Son Jesus
Christ. I was instead looking for some sort of general attitude
among most or the majority of Libertarians in the way of how they
looked at the God of the Bible in their personal lives and political
views. I needed to do much research as I said previously, however
there wasn't much to find when it came to their beliefs in God of the
Bible. I did however find this statement from their “National
Platform” website that gives us something to consider;
“ We favor the freedom to engage in or abstain from any religious activities that do not violate the rights of others. We oppose government actions which either aid or attack any religion. “ http://www.lp.org/platform
With the actions and words of the most notably and famous Libertarian, that is former Texas Congressman Ron Paul, that quoted statement above from the Libertarian Political Party website all makes sense. His attitude and statement towards “leaving Muslims alone” and in the past; advocating for the Islamic Center being built near the 911 Memorial in New York City all meshes well with the National Libertarian Party political platform. Congressman Paul's son, US Senator Rand Paul has more of a toned down rhetoric when it comes to acceptance of “Islam”(and many issues his father has shared on) into American Society, however Rand Paul's attitude towards Muslims in general is more of an attitude of “limited action” on matters of Islamic hatred towards America. For the unknowing and unaware, Muslims have a belief and hatred for the USA because they hold to the false belief that “America is a Christian Nation.” Attacks upon the USA is for that major reason(not because we are attacking Muslim nations as Ron Paul is famous for stating often publicly). I believe it is absolutely important to note that Libertarianism allows any person to hold to any religious belief as long as “it does not interfere with others and their beliefs.” Islam however is a religion which respects no other belief system(despite what others may tell you) and there are millions of Muslims world-wide who have among their agenda, to destroy the USA. You cannot negotiate with these Islamists for what their Qur’an tells them to do, that is kill you if you are an “infidel”(a non believer of Islam, Libertarians who are non-Muslims are included on the list to be killed). Asking a Muslim... “can't we all just get along?” just doesn't work for obvious reasons. Thus Libertarianism is an unrealistic political belief in a the reality of a religious view that wants to murder you(remember, we're talking about “religion” here).
Beyond the issue of Libertarians who
hold to the ignorant belief that they can somehow have peace with
Muslims simply by “leaving them alone”, we all need to take a
very close look at the many Libertarians who also hold to
“no“religious belief” as well. Atheism, being agnostic and “not
believing in God of the Bible” is a large part of the Libertarian
Party belief system. Bottom line, Libertarianism is, “whatever you
believe, is O.K.” with them as long as you don't try to convince
nor force others to believe as you believe. Therefore, god of “self”
is the most seen and respected among Libertarians. It's not that
Libertarian's object to the One and True Living God of the Bible, no,
not necessarily--- It's more of an attitude and belief system
whatever you believe is up to you, just don't try to spread it around
with others.” Here, read this again....
“We favor the freedom to engage in or abstain from any religious activities that do not violate the rights of others. “ http://www.lp.org/platform
Yes, all can participate in
“religious activities” as long as it does “not violate the
rights of others.” That word “violate” being used within the
Libertarian Party Platform is very vague language and probably
communicated in their national platform purposely. Those of us Bible
believing Christians would never force anyone to believe as we do,
however we are commanded by Jesus to go out to the world and proclaim
His Gospel to all(Matthew 28:18-20). Could that be considered
violating the “rights of others” by Libertarians ? You bet it
would. We know that the isolationist attitude of many Libertarians,
that is....“let me live my life how I want, when I want, where I
want. and no one is allowed to tell me differently” runs against
everything the Bible teaches us and quite frankly, someone much more
intelligent than I once said “no man is an island” for a reason.
Our world is an increasingly smaller place and Libertarian beliefs
that we can all do as we please without impacting others is nothing
short of a fallacy and unrealistic belief system.
"While we are zealously performing the duties of good citizens and soldiers, we certainly ought not to be i nattentive to the higher duties of religion. To the distinguished character of Patriot, it should be our highest glory to add the more distinguished character of Christian."—The Writings of Washington, pp. 342-343.
America was founded as a “Christian
nation.” However, we are no longer as such. I know that there are
many in the USA who call themselves “Christians” but they are far
from who they say they are, many political Libertarians included.
Jesus said “you shall know them by their fruit.” He wasn't
speaking about apples and bananas. Libertarianism is a political
belief that “all is good” as long as “you leave me alone.”
Abortion, which is the murder of children is allowed by Libertarians.
Homosexuality, which is an un natural sexual act and what brought
about the destruction of the Cities of Sodom and Gomorrah is also
accepted by Liberals as well as Libertarians(according to their
national platform). The Libertarian Political Party approval of
abortion and homosexuality runs contrary to God's Word. It does not
surprise me that during my research, I located a website regarding
Libertarian beliefs and political policy put in place via Ralph Raico
who wrote "Gay
Rights: A Libertarian Approach"
Once
again, beliefs that all go against the Bible. More than God of the
Bible, it is clear to me, many Libertarians are primarily concerned
with “self” rather than with anybody or anything else. In fact,
“self” for those Libertarians who believe in that way have
essentially made themselves “god” over God of the Bible. It is
increasingly apparent to me as well as others that selfishness rues
their lives. Don't think that Communism is the answer to
Libertarianism. Be warned however, If you quote from the Bible
regarding Christian responsibility to love and care for one-another,
you will be libeled in being called a “Communist.” That false
claim or something worse will be what an Libertarian extremist will
hit you with when showing that Libertarianism without God squares
with selfishness. The Christian Bible is clear, we are to care for
“our neighbors” as well as ourselves. An Libertarian or someone
else may ask you, “Who is my neighbor”? Great question, have them
read Luke 10:25-37 ! I'll warn you though, you may not get an answer
that your looking for. Perhaps according to many Libertarians, they
and Lawyers, and Communists, they get an “Obama exemption” from
these Bible verses ?
Libertarians
are concerned regarding one major theme, that is of personally
liberty issues. Personal liberty has it's strong roots in the
beginning and molding as well as formation of our beloved nation.
Anyone who would tell you otherwise is just plain lying to you. As
you read many of our Founding Father's writings, you can plainly see
what I am saying here is absolutely true. Although not all the
Founding Fathers of the USA were Biblical Christians, the vast
majority of them were. No one can with total honesty deny that truth.
The problem with Libertarian beliefs(according to their national
platform once again), is that they stray very far from not only the
beliefs of those Founding Father's but the very documents that were
written for us to use God of the Bible to build and maintain our
nation. Libertarians are hopelessly trying to build a sort utopia
where everyone lives as he or she pleases but in reality resembles
what humanism rues to a nation. Reminding me of the old 60's Hippie
phrase, “if it feels good, do it” comes to mind when it comes to
many a Libertarian belief. That quote and attitude is what got this
nation in trouble to begin with and why we are in the situation we're
in now. Having no God(of the Bible) means no accountability towards
anyone... not a wife, not to children, not towards your family, not
your neighbor nor you community. If every American chooses to serve
“whatever god/God or no God as he or she chooses”, we can only
expect nothing less than this nation's own destruction via God's
judging hand for rejecting Him and only Him as what our Founding
Fathers believed. Only a fool and a person steep in the process of
denial believes there is no accountability for your actions and there
is no God or “you are god.” Everything, that's right...everything
you say and do has impact on others whether you are honest about it
or not.
"Suppose a nation in some distant Region should take the Bible for their only law Book, and every member should regulate this conduct by the precepts there exhibited! Every member would
be obliged in
conscience, to temperance, frugality, and industry; to justice,
kindness, and charity towards his fellow men; and to piety, love, and
reverence toward Almighty God ... What a Eutopia,
what a Paradise
would this region be."~John Adams--Diary
and Autobiography of John Adams,
Vol. III, p. 9.
This
Libertarian attitude which many Libertarian’s believe is that
individual liberty means one can do what they will with their own
body's. Just as I mentioned the evils of abortion and homosexuality
earlier in this article, Marijuana and drug use is something many,
many Libertarians have no problem with either. For many Libertarians,
the belief system is... “as long as you don't force others to use
drugs, you have the right to participate in the manner you see fit”
This pervasive Libertarian attitude towards Marijuana and other drug
use is especially popular among young adults today. As a matter of
fact, “decriminalization of Marijuana use” via the Libertarian's
Ron Paul is very big draw of younger adults to the Libertarian Party
and it's political agenda. God disapproves of intoxication with any
chemical use. I don't care what lies are produced from supposed
medical journals telling you Marijuana is harmless, healthy or aides
you in your health. It's been proven over and over and over again
that THC(Tetrahydrocannabinol) breaks chromosomes, has between 20 to
70 times more carcinogens than tobacco, and I could go on and on. The
bottom line is that God disapproves of Alcohol abuse and Drug use and
are bad for you period(
http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC1490047/
).Your so called “personal liberty” and choice to pollute/poison
your body and mind with alcohol and or drugs is as I have shared in
this article and according to God's Word.... is nothing short of
selfishness. That's right, your partaking in a selfish act. The
Libertarian lie that your choices impact upon no one else is a lie
also. I have personally counseled thousands and thousands of spouses,
parents, children, family members, friends and others because of the
decision for some to engage in alcohol abuse and or drug use. These
so called “non existent” victims according to Libertarians all
have the exact same reoccurring theme... that in how they were all
negatively impacted by someone else's choice to partake in the
selfish act of alcohol abuse and or drug use. I'll repeat myself
again, God does not approve of alcohol abuse or any drug use.
Libertarianism however largely removes God from the equation of
personal liberty as was defined by our Founding Fathers and thus
creates a larger societal problem, that being what every American
wants; “rights” but totally ignores what goes along with those
“God given rights”, that is, our “God given responsibilities”
not only towards ourselves, but just as importantly, towards ourselves,
but just as importantly, towards others.
"The Bible is the best of all books, for it is the word of God and teaches us the way to be happy in this world and in the next. Continue therefore to read it and to regulate your life by its precepts."~ John Jay
As
I shared in the beginning of this article, I know there will be so
called self described “Libertarians” who will be bent on trying
destroy everything I have said and proven in this article. In fact,
there will be those “Paulinians” who pride themselves on arguing
for the sake of arguing, no facts needed on their end, just lot's of
truth-twisting, arguing and unnecessary vicious attacks including
character assassinations. This behavior and attitude on their part is
the fruit of their belief system. I've seen and heard it many times
over. Only God Himself through His Spirit can change hardened hearts,
my job is to tell the truth in love. Here's the bottom line for all
of us... the real dilemma for Libertarians is; which god/God will
they choose ? That question puts them in the same “boat” if you
will with Liberals, RINO's, Tea Party Members, Socialists and others
who reject the very God that gives us all personal freedoms and
choices. All for the moment still have a choice, they can choose to
lose that selfish and ill gotten attitude of personal liberty without
God, or they can go on in their delusion that they themselves and
their choices are their own and that the foolish belief that there
won't ever be any negative consequence for themselves or others for
making themselves “god” or making choices absent of God's best
will all end in disaster.

Do you expose the Jew as much as the Muslims? Brother Ted Pike of http://truthtellers.org/ does and continues to do so. You should too.
ReplyDeleteRacism based on incorrect facts. In "The Other End of the World" by Roger Rusk, the Synagogue of Satan is identified accurately. For example: The elven apostles were Israelites by blood descent, but number twelve, Judas Iscariot, was not. Judas was Edomite by descent, as were the Herodians and Herod. Their ancestors had adopted Judaism, but by blood they were of Arab ancestry. This explains the comment of the Pharisees in John 8:33: "We be Abraham's seed, and were never in bondage to any man." In verse 37, Jesus said, "I know ye are of Abraham's seed, but ye seek to kill me," but in verse 39, he said, "if ye were Abraham's children, ye would do the works of Abraham." The covenant line came through Jacob, not Esau. Furthermore, the Edomites were not in bondage to Egypt when the Israelites were, nor were they carried into captivity by Assyria or Babylon. Herod the Jewish Edomite slaughtered the Israelite children in Bethlehem in an attempt to kill the baby Jesus, and Judas of Kerioth the Edomite betrayed Jesus to the Edomite rulers and to the Jewish Edomite so-called priesthood. How fitting! You see, the Israelite Priest and Temple system is a far cry from the perverted Jewish Rabbi and Synagogue system. The Synagogue of Satan within Israel now operates worldwide, and is the force behind both Communism and Capitalism and the movement for a one-world unified government and religion. But as with the Arab Edomites, whom consistently stand against Jesus Christ, their anti-God movement is actually the conspiracy working to bring about the rise of the Antichrist. It is important to understand accurately just who the Synagogue of Satan really it. They are jews, but they are not Israel the people of God. The Israelites have been fooled and have rejected their rightful Messiah, but Jesus will yet redeem his people, and their end-time conversion will be one of the greatest of stories of the whole history of the earth. And the separation of the tares from the wheat, the impostor Edomites from the real children of God, will be a marvelous thing to behold. It is important for modern Jew-haters to learn these truths, and to sort out who is who. When they do, then their racist anger becomes centered on who it should really be centered on, rather than on the real chosen people of God. The Israelites were "chosen" to bring forth the Savior and the Holy Bible. They are not the enemy. it is the Arabs who are they enemy of God and Truth. Now, with this accurate information, and with a study of the rise of Anglo racism from a study of Fabianism, which gave rise to the Hegelian "Thesis vs. Antithesis = Synthesis" method of restructuring society, the truth can be known. Communism, Capitalism and even Islam, are really bedfellows, working together to overthrow God, Christianity and truth and justice. Genuine antisemitism is an exercise in futility and ignorance.
DeleteExcellent article. I do note that America was originally a Christian country as in under Colonial rule. But when established as the United States of America by the Founders, it was set up as a Secular nation, alienating Christianity from the government process. As for Libertarians, they also push sexual perversion, as their Platform proves:
ReplyDeleteTHE LIBERTARIAN PLATFORM:
"1.3 Personal Relationships: Sexual orientation, preference, gender, or gender identity should have no impact on the government's treatment of individuals, such as in current marriage, child custody, adoption, immigration or military service laws. Government does not have the authority to define, license or restrict personal relationships. Consenting adults should be free to choose their own sexual practices and personal relationships."
"3.5 Rights and Discrimination: We condemn bigotry as irrational and repugnant. Government should not deny or abridge any individual's rights based on sex, wealth, race, color, creed, age, national origin, personal habits, political preference or sexual orientation. Parents, or other guardians, have the right to raise their children according to their own standards and beliefs."
This Libertarian platform is garbage. True conservatives who believe in the form of government our Founders created, which is a Republic, do not agree with such idiocy. The truth is that Libertarians are so intent on claiming "all" of their presumed personal "rights" that they are like little children throwing temper tantrums when they don't get their way. Libertarianism is selfishness to the nth degree. In a Republic everyone gives up a little of their childish "gimmie, gimmie, gimmie" selfishness, a little of their rights, to get along with everyone else. In a Republic, "Your rights end where my rights begin," and our rights are intended to balance out. But that does not mean that immoral so-called "rights" like the sexual perversion endorsed in the Libertarian Platform are to be tolerated.
The Declaration of Independence speaks of our "Unalienable Rights" recognizing that our genuine rights are determined and given by God. As our unalienable rights are given by God, any supposed civil rights not in agreement with our God-given unalienable rights, any supposed rights at odds with our God-given unalienable rights, are not our just rights at all. Such supposed rights, at odds with the natural law created by God, are properly classed as "civil rights given by a tyrannical government." Tyrannical government includes, Socialist governments, Islamic governments, and a host of other secular variations, but does not include our form of government that we call a "Republic." A true Republic recognizes its allegiance to God-given Divine Law. Civil Rights, rights given by government, can be taken away by government, and are not inalienable.
You must admit, if you have any Biblical knowledge, and the honesty to say it, that all GLBT activity is contrary to God's Laws and most certainly is not an unalienable right for anyone. It is, per God's Laws, SIN, and an illegal activity. So the bottom line is that if you don't believe in unalienable rights and our Republic form of government, then you may make a good Libertarian: and you may enjoy having sexual perverts rubbing shoulders with you at the next Libertarian political convention. You may enjoy it when these sexual perverts move into your neighborhood to corrupt your sons and your daughters, and for all practical purposes if not blatently publically, you should fit in nicely among the crowd of athiests and agnostics out there busily defying all things decent. This pro-gay Libertarian policy is a crock of crap. If that's what you want, then bend over. That's your destiny.
